A. (Anne) Arnesen

Ph.D. in Educational Sciences and specialist in special educational therapy. Anne is an experienced senior advisor at the Norwegian Center for Child Behavioral Development. She has led the development and implementation of national preventive parenting programs and school-wide approaches in co-creation with the field of practice to promote children’s learning and development. In addition, she has extensive nationally and internationally experiences from clinical practice with children and families at risk, teaching and guiding students and staff in kindergartens, schools, orphanages, and mental health care services, as well as network building.
